My name is Blake Morton, and I am a seasoned trial lawyer and former police officer. I have more than a decade of legal experience as a prosecutor and insurance defense attorney.
Throughout my career, I've dealt with a wide range of cases. From burglary to shoplifting, car wreck cases to Armed Robbery. I have argued before Judges in more than half of the Counties in Georgia. Throughout my legal career, my focus has always been on being in the Courtroom and delivering for my clients.
My legal career began as a prosecutor, where I tried my first felony jury trial before completing law school. Having worked as a prosecutor before becoming a criminal defense attorney, I bring unique advantages to my clients. As a prosecutor, I learned how the other side operates, gathering evidence and planning their strategies. This insight allows me to anticipate their moves and build strong defenses. Additionally, my experience in the criminal justice system helps me understand its complexities. With a deep commitment to justice, I'm dedicated to providing my clients with strong and effective representation, ensuring their rights are protected every step of the way.
Following my tenure as a prosecutor, I embraced a new challenge as an insurance defense attorney with one of the largest insurance companies in America. Over the course of five years, I represented hundreds of clients, successfully trying dozens of cases across more than fifteen Georgia counties. This invaluable experience allowed me to deepen my understanding of the legal landscape and develop an unwavering commitment to my clients' needs.
